This is an extremely rare Sega CD Double Deal pack. Ultraverse Prime was originally an SNES game that was canceled for some reason and moved over to the Sega CD. Microcosm was released separately, but Ultraverse Prime was only ever in this double pack. If you see others being sold elsewhere as solo versions, it's because the Ultraverse Prime manual is displayed as the box art as opposed to the double deal sheet (see pictures). The artwork states that a comic book is included, but this comic is actually on the disc - this never came with a physical comic book. The discs are in like-new condition.
