This is a Viper Shot King, Steel Tipped Dartboard Cabinet, with 6 steel tipped darts, the dartboard, the cabinet, a dry erase marker for the scoreboard, mounting screws and the mounting instructions. The board and cabinet are new and have never been used, but it didn't come in a box when I got it, so it sat in my closet and got a few wear marks, as seen in the photographs while in storage. The side and top of the cabinet have some white marks, but the good news is the side white marks are right where the cabinet would meet the wall, so you shouldn't see them once mounted, and the top ones shouldn't be able to be seen once mounted as well, due to the height. The back has some white marks, but you won't see those at all once mounted.
