GUC, has a mark on the back of the bag and a spot in the strap that is lighter than the purchases rest of the strap (I used a tide stick to remove a spot). It's darker than in stock photos, but a really pretty beige fleece bag. Buckle is shiny chrome and has no marks or issues.
