Set has been used. This comes with all track pieces and figures. The first part to the build where the people wait for the train is complete. The 2nd part of purchases the train is also complete. However, the main part of the train is not complete. I tried to built up the outer shell of it with pieces I had. The main components it's missing are the massive plate that goes on the bottom of everything along with the pieces that connect to the wheels. There are also some other pieces that are necessary for the build that will be included. Overall the set is almost complete but is missing a few pieces including at least 3 key pieces. Missing the motor. Also includes the instruction manual. Message with any questions. Open to offers.
