NWOT. I bought this NEW at the LA Autoshow a few years ago and took off the tags because I was planning on wearing this. I never did and it's been in my closet since. I don't know if this is a man's or a woman's small but I'm listing it as a woman's. I am more a medium (ok, now a large) and would say this is a true SMALL. If you need specific measurements please let me know. Features a zip front with Velcro neck and bottom closures. Also has a side snap feature to cinch the bottom maybe another inch. It also has both outside and inside zipper pockets for storing things purchases securely. The outside has a chest pocket and two hand pockets.
