Does have a crack on the back. The front screen is not cracked. Powers on, no sim card or charger. The keyboard was glitching but I don't know if that was because it needed update or not. The keyboard would work sometime then it wouldn't pop up unless I power cycle the phone. So I'm purchases listing it as poor for parts because I can't guarantee the keyboard will work perfectly so it's as is.
