Used once didn't end up keeping the iPad but couldn't purchases return the Pencil so basically brand new in box! Comes with all original accessories including the adapter and the extra tip. CRAYOLA design is just a sticker! It comes off easy Peasy and doesn't effect the Pencil in anyway I just thought it was cute lol can be left on or taken off before delivery just a fun edition.
