This is a wonderful spiral bound cookbook full of amazing recipes- many that you don't find today. It was sold by The Friendship League in 1934 and the recipes were collected from the Swedish Tabernacle Church in Minneapolis Minnesota. Some of the recipes include Swedish staples such as Berlinkrandser, Fattigman, Morsbakelse, Swedish Butter, and more. The book also includes more familiar recipes such as macaroons, banana bread, cheese souffle, beef steak in casserole. This VINTAGE COOKBOOK is in VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION- the pages show some yellowing due to age, but otherwise they are clean, straight and mark free. The cover does show some wear. Most vintage items will usually show some indication of their age.
