**** purchases Warning ***** Yes this Dreamcast does power up just fine. It sounds fine, it runs fine, however I have not been able to test it will work/play like it should due to lack of AV/ power cords and no controllers. Console will be sold AS IS Unfortunately I don't have the time or recourses to track down cords and a controller to test this so if you do want to purchase please know that YES it powers on and runs, I just can't tell how well it does or if it loads a game or not.
