The phone works completely the entire screen and touch works it just has a black area where the crack is I repeat the touch still works yes there's cracks on purchases the screen and the back plastic crack but it still works great it's an awesome phone the pin is included as well as a self-charging case which is really nice I still use this phone everyday without any problems.
