Antique Art Nouveau Silver Plate Hand Mirror Woman with Flowing Hair and Flower. Signed Derby Silver Co. PAT. JUNE 141904 PAT. JULY 26 1904 Approx purchases. 10" X 5 1/4" In good condition; the bevelled mirror is clear with no oxidation, barely noticeable blemish; the overall mirror surface's metalwork is nice with no bends/flattening to the raised detail with some light wear to the silver plate in areas from normal wear and a mild dent on the top and on one side. See photos. The Derby Silver Company made silver plate flat and hollowware in Derby, Connecticut. They were one of the original companies that united to become the International Silver Company in 1898. They also used the name "Derby Silver Plate Company".
