Other than one of the bottom corners being dented, the set is in excellent condition! No yellowing on the pages and no splits/folding in the spines. The notepad is not included. Most of the mangas haven't even been read before. They've pretty much been sitting on a bookcase this whole time. It will be shipped with plenty of bubble wrap to protect it as well as plastic purchases wrap around that.
