This is a brand new pre 1977 Sears remote control battery powered Jeep CJ. It has never had batteries put in it, or never purchases removed from the box. The box does have packaging tape on it. The toy is brand new as sold by Sears in the 70's. Includes the instruction book also. I only ship via UPS ground, Sure post and Fed-ex are unreliable. I will ship your item within 24 hours of purchase unless bought late Saturday or Sunday, it will ship on Monday.
