Comes with purchases nice leather case. On the back of the iPod it shows Apple 160gb with model A1238. When powered on showing 146GB free with 2.4 GB being used for 3 games. In the device settings it reads Model PC297LL. The back of the box says 120gb, but they sold these up to 160GB. The screen is clean with no scratches but there is a small scratch to the left the the black click wheel (see photos) and a scratch on the outside of the device upper right corner. Not very noticeable and can't see when the case is on. Comes with leather case, box with instructions, charger, and new ear buds.
