- I joined OT for a month and only purchases went 8 times and used this forearm band a total of 4x. This comes with the forearm strap, heart rate monitor, charger, directions, and box. I lost the arm band that came with this unfortunately. The monitor itself works great, and has been tested by Orange Theory for defects and there are none. The forearm strap is pretty new but obviously I wore it 4x so it's not brand brand new. If you have any questions, just let me know.
