Needs a new motor mechanism OR an electric motor mechanism. With an electric motor mechanism you wouldn't need to wind the clock. Both devises are not expensive. **that's all it needs** Very beautiful oak wood, has no flaws or scuffs. It's a unique, very rare wall clock. Looks new / untouched Sold as is.
