no scratches on screen. the front cover still has the plastic protector from when first purchased only thing wrong with it is that it needs a new battery so it won't turn on until then. you could probably find one off ebay or anywhere on the internet. the pink on the outside of the purchases computer is not a case. it was made like that so you cannot take the pink off. comes with original charger.
