There are no visible scratches on the exterior or either screen. There is circle pad damage and a crack and scratches near the touch screen (refer to images). SD card and game cartridge compartment covering does not stay latched properly and is prone to opening. It comes with a working 6.5 ft AC adapter (charger) with damage (bent prong). It DOES NOT come with a stylus. Both cameras work. Holds charge for hours!.
