This is in excellent vintage condition. The wood frame does have some light scratches, nothing too bad. It could easily be touched up with a furniture pen if you wished. I love that it looks it's age personally. The wood frame measures 18.25" x 22.5" - quite large. I believe this is a vintage Home Interiors purchases piece (I could be wrong about that) from the 1970s or very early 1980s (much more certain about that!). Small accents like these make a huge impact in your home and this would fit in perfectly with boho, farmhouse, country, cottage, shabby, and cottage core décor styles.
