Bought during the Sephora sale last year. Used maybe a total of 3 times. Cleaned/sanitized it before putting for sale! It works well but I got the shark system for Christmas and I just don't use it as much as purchases I use my shark. I only tested out the rounded brush head, never used the flat paddle brush head.
