Push the end piece in to push his head up, pull to pull down, and twist to look left or right. Because I never used it after purchase, the cable is still pretty tight and needs to be worked to loosen the operation. Head and limbs are made of a strong resin. This beauty is free of cracks or damage and comes from a smoke free home. He is purchases one of a kind. Original price $200. Great for conventions.
