This pair of tall solid brass candlesticks for taper candles are solid brass and stand about 11 inches tall. They have a twisted stem and a round base. Each one has a mark on the bottom that is very hard to read. One looks to be "833" and the other "449". These have not been polished and have natural patina. These are old and definitely vintage, however I have been unable to pinpoint an era. These are very well made. Condition: These vintage brass candlesticks are not polished and have natural patina. These are in usable vintage condition. Just a couple things to note: 1) Both have a slightly flattened spot at the rim of the base. This is pointed out in the last two pictures. This doesn't take away from their integrity, I think it adds to their beauty. 2) As mentioned before this pair of twisted stem candle holders have not been polished and only lightly cleaned. Wax may still be present on the exterior and IS present on the interior of both holders. purchases Approx. Dimensions: 10.75" x 4".
