This is brand new with tags but their are some dirty spots on it. I believe they will wash out but I didn't want to remove the tags to wash because I wanted you to know it was new. I am going to sell Cheaper than I normally would because of this. The spots are not bad but they are there and I'm an honest seller! I don't know how in the world my son got something on it without wearing it. Maybe he had it laying in his backseat? Idk? Teenagers?!
