Product code: Lemax Spooky Town Gothic purchases Ruins Halloween Village
This building is in great shape. I got it as part of a large Lot that I bought recently and it is a duplicate for me. The only problem at all that I see is that the tree on the front corner of the building, next to the coffin, appears to have been glued back into place at some point. It is loose and will need to purchases be secured a bit better I believe. I will make sure that bubble wrap is around this portion, especially, to make sure that it doesn't get damaged in shipping. Includes box, stuff, strap, cord, Michael's catalogue and instructions.
