This iPhone is in new only taken out of the box for the pictures. No damage to the back at all.T-Mobile made a huge mistake and sent the wrong one and in the madness of it all they let me keep the phone due to the customer service agent not speaking good English and just making a mistake.If purchases you buy this just please be aware that it has blacklisted IMEI which means that most carriers in the USA will not give you service, the phone was originally T-Mobile.The phone looks dirty due to me touching it and taking the pictures but it still has the original plastic. Note: regardless of the blacklist status, it still works with wifi, hotspot, everything but service. Mi hi.
