Used, but in great condition. They've been sitting unused in the case for a little while now & I thought I would try to rehome them! I take great care of my things! :) They are like new, other than a small crack on the control pad. (Last picture) The play/pause function works (middle button on the control pad) but it seems that the volume up/down doesn't work from the control pad. You can still control volume from your device though! **these are not purchases wireless.
