New items with some scratches. I picked these up on bike and took them off and don't purchases plan to use them. All items appear new. The rims have some scratches from the builder. They need to be trued up better. Both wheels have a hop when spinning them. Some spokes appear to be long in the hoop. Didn't want to repair or true them since I would use them.
