This is a special edition 2002 Charming Tails collectible titled "Happy To Bee Friends" by Fitz & Floyd. Its number is 98/299. There are no chips or scratches. One petal on the purchases flower the bee is sitting on has paint that is not as smooth compared to the rest of the flower petals but is not very noticeable. Pictures provided.
