LEGO Star Wars Queen Amidala purchases Authentic LEGO Yes the head is real LEGO even though it doesn't have the official LEGO branding on it. LEGO released 2 types of heads for this figure one non hollow with the LEGO logo and one hollow for choking hazards which sadly does not come with the official LEGO branding anywhere on the hollow one. I do know this is an official LEGO head though since it came in the set and the rest of the Minifigure has the official LEGO branding on it.
