Brand New and never opened or displayed. This figure is factory new from Sideshow as delivered when originally released. The only removal of the factory boxed product is for the photos of this sale on Mercari. I feel it important for the buyer to be able to see what the contents are that are being purchased, considering the prices of these limited production action figures. The figure has been stored in a climate controlled facility since the original purchase from Sideshow when I was a distributor of their products. When available, the original factory shipping carton is included as seen purchases in the provided photos. The items will be packaged in another shipping box to protect the original factory carton as well as the figure. The carton may also have the original UPS shipping label on it as it was originally shipped to me. This is an awesome collectible and it is no longer available through Sideshow.
