NWT Prom Dress La Femme Sequin Blue Multi Color Sparkle Dress women's sz 4 This dress is new with purchases tags but it has a minor condition. One of the back straps near the hook closure looks to be missing a few sequins (but there is a packet provided with sequin material for fixes). See photos. This dress was more than likely tried on in dressing rooms before it came to me from a Nordstrom box. The rest of the dress is fine and has all it's hook closures attached securely.
