My research led me to: The photo was taken off the internet from Steve Hackett site which was from him playing in Scottsdale Arizona in 2016. Then it was printed at Walmart. The autograph is made out to Jeff and appears to be real signature and not a copy. The autograph is real but the photo is copy off internet. 4x6 photo not framed. Steve Hackett of Genesis.
