Product code: Depression era Planters peanut blue glass purchases cookie jar
This was a peanut jar for a drug store ....16 inches tall by 12 round .. these were given out with peanuts to local drug store soda fountains ... it was given to my father from a local place in Denver Sunnyside drug store ..... they were going to throw it away early 70s but he asked for it purchases when he went in to but his cherry coke soda that they still made... i used it for cookies so its over 50 yrs. In my family i am currently downsizing.....no chips or cracks.
