Looks new in Open box. ** I have not tested the Item since it is new!! One of the washers looks a little bent, but thats a very easy fix to get another one at your hardware store. Otherwise all parts & pieces look like they are there! As i inspected it i couldn't see any damage, but there may be a few very light/faint scratches on metal.
