No scratches, looks brand new. It's in perfect working condition. Selling because I am no longer using it, I have a Switch now. Comes with: - Original charger - Original stylus - Super Mario 3D Land game (see pics) - 2GB SD purchases card (Samsung brand) - Original box - Original user manual ***UPDATE*** I have found the original box after going through storage boxes. The box has a couple of scuffs on it but otherwise in good shape (see pic attached). The original manual and other documentation were in it too :).
