VGUC Hanna Andersson rainbow twirl dress with SUPER soft tulle lined with a white cotton jersey underneath. This has always been the quintessential Hanna piece to me. Sold out online. Flaws are minor but purchases include a couple of snags on the tulle (I counted three and took a picture of the worst one I could find), blue paint(?) speckled on the cotton underside in a couple of spots, faint pink discoloration around the elastic waistband, and a tiny spot of paint at the hem of the green tulle.
