I have used these buds 2 times so they're basically new. The box has a bit of age on it because I stored the buds in the box which sat in night stand. I should have stored th somewhere else but they're initially condition, everything they came with is in the pics & will be sold with them. I never received changeable ear rubbers so I don't think they came with more than the set in the pic. However you can buy more sizes & colors online.
