I purchased this set when it first came out. I built it and put it on my shelf where it has been ever since. I thought it would be a good time to sell it because I have never used it and I could definitely use the space that it was in. There are no missing pieces, and in fact, I also included additional parts that I put inside the hotel that enhanced the interior appearance of it. If you look closely at the pictures, you can see the extra pieces inside the hotel. I have also included the two sticker sheets that I used and the directions. Unfortunately, I lost the first direction book that came with the set so I found the directions online and printed them out to make another booklet, as you can see in the picture provided. All purchases of the pieces are bagged according to the directions. There are 11 bags in total plus the bag of extra pieces I am including. I also don't have the original box that the set came in, so everything is in a regular sealed cardboard box. There are no flaws.
