comes with everything in the pictures. only tried on, it's a size S but I'm size M and it fit fine just slightly tight at the upper arm part definitely needs an iron comes with a wig that needs to be styled, came very wavy and flat like all cosplay wigs from ebay :( had to buy the socks separately just to not wear them... I recommend wearing a petticoat under the dress so the skirt will look more similar to her the headband needs to be fixed. when I got it in the mail it was awful, so I cut it to be more accurate and had plans to make my own nurse cap / headband thing (see 2nd pic to see what I'm talking about) but I never got the time to fix it, but it's an easy fix and it's way better than how it came. it looked purchases like a takeout box originally thanks for looking and lmk if you have any questions.
