I pad mini in brand new work condition . SIM card slot allows u to add cellular service with your cellphone carrier or use it just on WiFi. I had this on my ATT plan originally . It's paid in full and ATT unlocked the device to work with any major provider. ( SIM UNLOCKED) I got this as a gift brand new a few months ago. I thought I would use this more then I do. I purchased a laptop and have no purchases use for the iPad. All SALES ARE FINAL AND PRODUCT COMES AS IS. I will always consider any reasonable offer. Thank you :-).
