Could have classified this as an Open Box as the previous owner stated they only used this once. Overall this unit is in excellent condition, but does have some scratches/blemishes on the plastic top of the unit (not very purchases noticeable - see pics). Tested and works - Google is your best friend in that the unit can be finicky, but it's a powerful device with many features! I played a few of the preloaded games and could tell the responsiveness felt great with the job sticks and buttons. The side has buttons for pinball games, and trackball on top (both I did not test, but should work as this is a barely used unit) I did ensure the Bluetooth connection between the “puck” console and the controller unit was working. Also I connected the puck to the internet and downloaded/upgraded the firmware to the most updated version (updates come once per month so be sure to update as often as you can). I almost thought about keeping this! But hey it's yours for a great price. Fast handling/ship!.
