could probably be fixed or scrapped for parts. either way, i have no idea what to do with it, so i thought someone on here purchases might. when turned on you get an error message (shown) about windows installation. when you click “OK”, the same message reappears. the charger could be included but the tip has fallen off. just let me know whether or not you want it. open to reasonable offers :).
