I find that they do not pill, retain their color, hold up after years of use and continue to remain soft. 500 Thread count 100 % cotton White and crisp complete set MSR $150 We upgraded to a king size bed and I purchased sheets before it was delivered, not realizing the mattress was not EXTRA DEEP! I held on to this particular set to exchange for like color then forgot them in the closet. They have purchases NEVER been used or taken out of the packaging.
