I put this costume together for 1 festival I went to. I bought the bikini top and booty shorts tutu together. then purchases the leg warmers. then the orange thong. then the fishnets and then the backpack. paid over $200. And only wore it once. everything is in perfect condition and I also wore my own underwear underneath the outfit. I spray painted the flowers and pinned them to my back pack and out fit. Not sure if the glow sticks work but never been opened.
