Set of two Nautical Ship Navigation lanterns with copper oil lamp, port and starboard. Pair of exceptionally rare and original Antique Nautical Ship's Lanterns from the 19th century. The Port lantern has red glass and the Starboard has blue glass, each with an oil burning lantern that slides into the tracks to sit inside with a closing door that has a sliding latch on the side. Rare original pieces. Wear and patina appropriate to age and handling. I started to clean them up and decided I would let the buyer choose the antique look or clean newer look. Both Glass inserts are in excellent condition. No repairs, cracks or damage. Measures Approx.: 14" 7 purchases 1/2" 10".
