Hello, this sony CD player has been tested and is fully functional. All of the buttons work, the disc tray opens and closes purchases with ease, and the inside is clean. The outside of the unit does display some scratching. The top of the unit has velcro stacking connectors that can be removed. All of the output/ input connections are clean. The back of the unit has a brown spot on it, near the optical connector. This is shown in the pictures. Overall, a good working, solid, unit.
