The console powers on, but the tray will not open, and I have no idea why. It could be an easy fix but it's not guaranteed since it's never been opened by me, and it could have other issues. This is how I received it. Cosmetically it is in good condition with minor purchases wear. This is as is and no returns. It comes with the power adapter.
