Vintage Topstone Top Stone Halloween Witch Face Wall purchases Hanging Decoration Lamp Plastic lighted light up Hard Plastic face with card board backing. The box is not in good shape but does come with it. Battery Operated, does take 4 AA Batteries not included, As you see in the pictures this does work, I wouldn't pull on it much, It does blink or stay on.
