40” snowman made by TPI and introduced in 1995. He has a small crease about purchases the size of a dime on the brim of his hat, it's really hard to see. The previous owner repainted the black portions. It looks pretty good. There is some paint loss on the green & red areas . No cracks or holes. Comes with a working light kit. Box shipped.
