Custom made cosplay / costume. Inspired by purchases the ballroom dancers from The Haunted Mansion. Lace up back. As shown on mannequin 27" waist. But could be loosened up to a 29". Shoulder straps are also adjustable so can be worn over the shoulder or off shoulder. Skirt has glow in the dark/black light images of foolish mortal, tight rope walker and the hitchhiking ghost. Battery operated black lights in skirt. Is shown with a hoopskirt, hoopskirt not included. Does include fleece Cape. Overall and good condition. But the sleeves do have some transfer from tan body makeup but cannot see when worn.
